These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fuzzo website, online store, and related e-commerce services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Fuzzo

Fuzzo is an e-commerce platform providing pet products and related goods to customers in Kuwait.

However, product packaging, colors, appearance, labeling, ingredients, or specifications may occasionally be updated by manufacturers.

Images are provided for reference and presentation purposes, and actual packaging or appearance may vary.

Customers should always review the information and instructions provided on the actual product before use.

If there is a material discrepancy between the product ordered and the product delivered, please contact Fuzzo Customer Support.

5. Pet Health & Product Suitability

Product descriptions and other content available through Fuzzo are provided for general informational purposes.

They should not be considered veterinary, medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

Pet owners are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pets, including consideration of age, breed, size, allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, dietary requirements, and other individual needs.

Where appropriate, customers should consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing a new diet, supplement, treatment, or health-related product.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, feeding guidelines, dosage information, storage requirements, and product labeling.

6. Prices

Product prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate.

If an obvious pricing, technical, or system error occurs, Fuzzo may contact you before fulfilling the affected order to explain the issue and provide the available options, subject to applicable Kuwaiti law.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time.

7. Orders

Placing an order through Fuzzo constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic order confirmation.

Fuzzo reserves the right, where legally permitted and reasonably necessary, to reject or cancel an order due to circumstances such as:

Although we work to maintain accurate inventory information, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative, remove the unavailable item where appropriate, or cancel and refund the affected item or order.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Fuzzo may offer payment options including online electronic payments, supported cards, local payment methods, Cash on Delivery, or other methods displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Customers are responsible for providing valid and authorized payment information.

Fuzzo does not guarantee approval of any payment transaction by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

10. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available, customers agree to provide accurate contact information and be available to receive and pay for their order.

Fuzzo may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to restrict or disable COD for accounts associated with repeated unjustified refusals, fraudulent orders, or misuse of the COD service.

11. Delivery

Fuzzo provides delivery to supported locations according to the delivery options displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, operational disruptions, high order volumes, public holidays, or incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

• Mobile number
• Delivery address
• Area
• Block
• Street
• Building or house details
• Any other information reasonably required to complete delivery

Fuzzo is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

12. Delivery Fees

Applicable delivery charges will normally be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery fees may vary depending on order value, location, delivery method, promotional campaigns, or other applicable conditions.

Free-delivery promotions may be subject to minimum-order requirements or other stated conditions.

13. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Fuzzo Customer Support as soon as possible.

We will attempt to cancel eligible orders that have not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights available under applicable Kuwaiti law.

14. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Fuzzo Return & Refund Policy and applicable Kuwaiti consumer protection laws.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided under Kuwaiti law.

15. Promotions, Discount Codes & Offers

Fuzzo may offer discount codes, promotional prices, bundles, free gifts, loyalty benefits, or other promotional campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discount codes may be subject to minimum-order requirements.
